They forgot to mention, Wife 1.0 also comes with its own Firewall which automatically eradicates the following programs:

  • Playboy 22.1
  • Drinking Buddy 3.1
  • Boys night out 5.1

Oh, and when you upgrade to Wife 1.0, the upgrade program does not bring forward the Girlfriend 7.0 enhancement, Naughty Maid 3.1.  It somehow gets shoved into long term memory and is never utilized again.  It is replaced by Headache 1.0, also known as the NTD Patch (Not Tonight Dear).

It is a good bit of humour, but I'm waiting for Wife 3.0 as Wives 1.0 and 2.0 proved to be not very reliable software...


I think that upgrade requires a complete reformat of your system to ensure clean removal of the previous programs.

actually you need to go a bit further when you move to 3.0... you need to replace ALL floppy and hard drives...


I also think that it would be important to upgrade your virus protection to ensure no ill effects of the shareware program of SingleLife2.5.

You mean the floppy no longer works with Wife 3.0? Will wife 3.0 accept Hard drives instead? Spokes, you may need to install a USB Plug IN device to get Wife 3.0 and your hard drives compatable.
