Comments: 1st time on the computrainer. Legs still tired from Sat's half-mary. I took care of today's intervals during the race. 5x:30 on/:30 off; 5:00 spin followed by :60 on/:60 off. Did this during the race. HR felt way up and I definitely went anaerobic a couple of times towards the end. Finished first in my group today but I'm still competing against people from other groups as well. What would you do differently?: Ride even harder...no vomit=not trying hard enough...just kidding...well, sort of! Post race
