This is a day after doing the Portland Marathon.  My right achille tendon where it attaches to the Calf muscle, cramped up at mile 3 (never happened before and never after?) had to walk it out for a minute or two, than ran the rest of the way.  It was sore all during the race.   Later developed a reddish bruise in the cramp area.
