Subject: Carmichael training manual opinions?

I was paging through the Training Gold Carmichael Training Manual and was wondering if anyone here has seen this and or used it.  What are your opinions?

It seems like a lot of the info is different then what I have seen here.  Not bad, just different training stuff.

I'm not familiar with it, but I have read the Ultimate Ride as well as his nutrition book, and respect everything he has to say. I don't think you could go wrong followign his advice.

What's different about his training manual from what you've read here?

He abides by generally the same principals of a progressive, periodized training plan, and you can't argue with his success.
