Subject: Hello From Ohio
Hi all. My name is Lauren, but you can call me Lar. I'm here on this site for several reasons but one in particular is inspiration. I'm in highschool and I have wanted to enter a triathlon (not ironman ) for a while now, and I figured that this would be a great site to get started. I'm starting my training soon, so wish me good luck. Also, if you have any recommendations post 'em!

Welcome from Cincinnati. You will find more than enough resources here to prepare for your first tri. Read the articles and forums, and don't be afraid to ask questions... there is a lot of knowledge and encouragement here.
