I bought a Trek 5000!

We drove past a LBS while we were out today (My wife and I) and I asked to stop in just to look at some 62cm bikes for comparison.  My plan was to purchase in Spring.  So I'm browsing bikes around store and don't see much of anything that catches my interest, so I'm rounding up my son with a 20 year old saleskid in tow. Hes trying to show me a $600 Specialized, which I stepped over, but quickly get off of.  The manager (or owner?) comes over and the kid fills him in.  The manager tells me hes got this bike, a Trek 5000..  62cm... he tells me some story on how a guy bought it, didn't like it, and ordered a different, better bike.  But they let him keep it till his came in.  Well, his just came in.  Now they have a slightly used (less than 100 miles) '04 Trek 5000 in 62cm that they want to find a home for.  Well, I know Trek 5000's MSRP at about $2300.  This guy gives it to me for cost.  $1500.00   So I put it on layaway! 

Now I have to get a ton of gear, and buy my new bike out of storage!
