Hallo again from curaco dutch west indies

I have been away from this site for some time.
Let me update you guy's and girls what has been going on here on the island.
Well we bought our dream house, which means I have a garage that can hold all my toys.
We were biking up till august when I got in a motorcycle accident.
I broke my ankle not the large bone but the small one for you doctors out there.
Tore some of the liaments ect ect.
My doctor is telling me that I my tri and running career is over.
I don't want to believe her.
Anyway I will be going under the knife again to remove the plate and screws as the screws are comming out.
Hope fully I will be biking by Januari and ready to do a sprint by mid 2008.
