Silver/Gold Training Plan VIDEO DRILL ADDITIONS

I have added 22 video drills and tutorials that are specific for the Silver/Gold training plans and directly show you what many of the drills are and how they should be done.  Mike Ricci (the man who created the plans) and I filmed them a few weeks ago.

There are 14 swim drills, 2 bike workout drills, 4 running drills/tutorials and a few others that represent the drills or terminology referenced in these training plans.
