OK, OK, back on topic!!!!!

I think discussing cadence is helpful and not a converstaion we have had in a while, so let's get back to that.

Dang..... How did my name get brought into this? haha.
I might think I'm fast, but it's always relative- I wouldn't compare my 4:50 on a perfect day at IMFL with a 5 hr kona ride! I also went a bit faster than I probably would have if I didn't have a case of plantar fascitis in my foot. I knew going into the run, that no matter what I did on the bike, I'd be walk running.

I'm definitlely not a masher- I dont' have the data from IMFL, but I usually stick around 90 to 100rpms. I went by HR on the ride and stayed on average about 18 beats below LT
