Subject: Ceramic Bearings?
Has anyone used ceramic bearings, or heard of how beneficial they may be? I can probably get a great price on them, and am debating whether they would be worth it or not. They claim to improve an ironman distance bike leg by 15 minutes?! That's pretty substantial if you ask me, but I was just wondering what others thoughts were.

Sounds too good to be true:

That put a 6hr bike down to 5:45 which is over .8 mph increase in speed. There is not that much loss occuring due to the bearings.
