Here's my little "woman-cave" (y'know, where I can be all womanly and tough). As I mentioned in the home gym thread, this cost me about a year and 2 months of my old gym membership. If you want to know where I got anything, just ask! It's almost all online.

Here's most of the stuff. Note homemade medicine balls (Dr. Evil and Mr. Bigglesworth), kettle stacks and the fact that you don't have to put your weights away nicely when it's your gym.

Here you can see the bench (which the previous owner left... FREE!!!) and my adjustable squat racks. And also a bunch of other junk. This room was kind of our junk room before I made it "The Gym." The bar that you see on the bench is actually part of our raft frame, but I use it for practicing new lifts. I also use a 20lb breaker bar for practicing new lifts with just a little weight.

Here's the other use for those squat racks. And yes, I sometimes work out in my froggie pajamas! Just another advantage of the home gym. (Oh, and just fyi, that's nowhere near the bottom depth on those dips).

I showed you mine! Now show me yours!!!

Hey Kim, what's the black mat under the weights in the first pic? I need to find something to put on a concrete/tile floor to roll around on.

Those are horse stall mats, available at your local feed and tack store for about 50-80 bucks for the size you see there (there's 2 down, btw). They really aren't very soft, if that's what you're looking for, and they have a pretty aggressive, bumpy pattern on them. I use them to protect my weights from the floor and the floor from the weights. I use a yoga mat over them for pushups, situps, etc.
