Subject: Festivus '08 prep?

Well, I just got finished with royally getting my butt handed to me, AGAIN, in this year's Festivus Feats of Strength.  I don't want this to happen again next year.  If anyone has any thoughts on what I can do to prep for '08, I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks, and happy Festivus.
