Pre-race routine:

had my bagel and gatoraide.

Event warmup:

Becky and I ran over to the restrooms only to find out there was one that was being used not 3 like we thought LOL then run back and 5 minutes the race started

Comments:

well what can I say it was my first 10 mile run event. I did not stop once so that was good. towards the end the legs felt like lead but I knew I was going to finish. Now I know I can run 10 miles

What would you do differently?:

I could of used a little better sleep the night before

walked around the event did some stretching

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I think experience is what holds me back at times. plus this was the longest run I ever did

was great to be there with other BT ladies.
