Two weeks ago: 72 kg (or even 72.2kg)
This week: 71,2kg so it's 0.8 down

I know overall it's up and I failed miserably in achieving my April goal but on the positive note it's not as bad as I was afraid it might be.

May goal: sub 69kg

I was in the gym today (21mins cross trainer, 21mins running, core) and it wasn't as bad as I was afraid it might.

And yes it's in Paris- just outside the hotel we stayed in and we were just on the way for dinner.... delicious memories

My new running/ biking watch arrived yesterday- it's absolutely massive- wearing it is nearly like ading weights to your workout The manual that came with it is nealry a novel so I guess this will be my bedtime reading for a few days


What I've had to do is take it in stages... Cause like Saling, I've tried many, many times. It seems like this is it though for me... After being on the gum several times, this last attempt seems to be working, where before I would stay on it for like 2 maybe 3 wks, then start smoking again. But, it's been since Father's Day of last yr that I smoked religiously. And I'm adding some leeway to my attempt, because I slipped here and there, but I kept with it this time. I think in the past 9-10 months I've had the equivalent of maybe a pack (~ 20 cigarettes or less). Now if only I could get off this darn gum!!! So if anything, I've beaten the physical psychological addiction with needing to hold a cigarette, but the physical addiction is a terrible, terrible beast!.
Now to some of your other comments, NO NO NO NO NO NO NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONO, you do not look fat, in fact far from it. And you're very pretty, NO moonface, I promise.

I have a b-day coming up too. And my present is in a Delivery truck about 70 mi. from my house. I should get it by tomorrow or the day after. It's that Dell Laptop I mentioned a few wks back. It's finally so close I can taste it.

I've been having serious IBS issues the last couple of days though, so I'm not thinking that weight is "real"  since I've apparently lost about 3 pounds in 2 days.  Yeah, I could market that.  Get your GI distress here - lose weight!  nah... don't think anyone would sign up.  I know I wouldn't.  Feeling back to normal today - so hopefully that continues.

I did great on the workouts last week - this week nothing so far, but if still feeling ok, will do something today.

My issue now is that I don't feel like doing anything by the time I get home from working a 14 hour day. Last week was a 72 hour week and I was just plain pooped! I can't manage to drag my butt out of bed any earlier than 7 these days and then I usually am getting home around 11 or later at night.

May goal, it being a birthday month and all, is to get to 185 and stay there or go below but 185 is the benchmark. Also I need to start running more consistently.

P.s. My laptop came in today, it's beautiful. I spent most of the day settin' it up, though I didn't get very far. I've got a guy coming in to help me set up the already established network between printers and two other computers plus WiFi. So....

120 today, just keep yoyoing on that number

On a brighter note I set 2 new PR last weekend in the 10k and 5k! Heading to Spokane first thing in the morning and running Bloomsday 12k on Sunday, so probably won't be around much. Have a great weekend everyone!
