Uggh. I'm starting to feel a downhill slide.

Does anyone else revert to eating when tired? I'm finding all this training is starting to make me weary so I instantly think of food to perk me up.

well, I guess recognition is the first step, right? so with that, maybe an extra hour of sleep tonight will help.

Happy April! Maybe this will be the month when I see 144... I'll be back on Wednesday (if not before), although I'm not looking forward to Wednesday's weigh-in.

Wow! That's a very powerful first statement, but fitting. I'll try to head it at every corner, or wall this month.

First day of April and already getting the DT's from weds. onslaught yet to come. Fearing, more or less, that I've jinxed myself with all this sub 190 talk. But, I'll make the concession of inputing a monthly goal: 2 lbs please, + the ability to maintain the loss (gain/success) I've had this past wk., and to carry that success and spread it amongst all my teamies. Good luck to us all, lord knows we need it with all the coffee that's been going around (as if it's pink eye--saling) that's one thing I haven't posted about is coffee consumption. But I did change over to fat-free creamer. I can't even taste the difference.

One thing I forgot to mention is I'm about to start back to training in about 5 min., so officially back to the skinny of it. Wish me luck.

P.s. I just found out what I'm getting for my b-day.... A new dell inspiron 1720 (jet black). My birthday isn't until mid-May, but mom is getting ancy and wants me to have it for this qtr. I told her that it was either asking for the laptop or a new cervelo (they cost about the same), being sarcastic of course. I can always ask for a new bike from one of my other relatives.

Great job, Josh, with your p90 training. I could not commit to such a vigorous routine. As for coffee, I drink way too much. I have it with 2% milk instead of creamer. I guess that is a plus.

Thanx, I have to admit it wasn't as hard (training-wise) as I thought. The toughest part was standing idly by wondering if, not doing as much in a single session was really going to produce undeniable results. You know over training and all... but apparently despite certain days or even select wks of doubling down hasn't been all in vain. When I get the 90 day pix up, that will be the testiment to everybody if they wonder if this stuff really works. I have to say though, it was really hard on my quads. I've trained in bike and run so hard that it became second nature without realizing I was somewhat becoming conditioned to certain extremes w/out pushing the envelope. Meaning I always knew what to expect. This program, with the number of squats and pushups, has really pushed my strength and endurance. Now the next step is to put all that training to good use!

My goal is the same that it was last month: to be in the 210s even if it 219.9. Based on my weigh in this morning that would be 5.1 pounds (but I really hope the scale is taunting me with that increased number from last week).

Happy April Everyone!

My goal is gonna be 69kg again. Also as my birthday and trip to Paris is at the end of the month my sub-goal is not to exceed March closing weight: 70.4kg

Other than that I have this absolutely overwhelming feeling I put on weight- it's not just my belly which looks as if I had a volleyball in it but it's me in general- as if somehow an extra layer of fat appeard. I know I wasn't bad with food- not exactly my extremly diet food but all within reason. I'm guessing my weigt will be up tomorrow.

My goal for April is to hop off of this darn sea-saw I have been on since the end of 2007!  It's depressing & pathetic!  I hate my scale and I think the feeling is mutual.

On a positive note I'm having a good butt day....on my way out of the office this guy was checking out my butt.  He was chatting with another guy and then he turned all the way around to watch me walk up the street. ha ha!!

Josh- Can't wait to see the 90 day pics!

So for the third straight month my goal is to get below 150, since that has clearly been beyond my abilities. The good news is that I am starting this month the closest I have started any of these months, so I guess I am losing, although way less than I want. Today this morning as of April 1st (and post all weekend wedding eating), I weigh 152. I'll take it. Realistic goal: 149. I can do it!

I've avoided the scale for the last few weeks because I'm TIRED of this plateau.  However, I did buy a size 6 dress a few weeks ago and my husband swears my butt is getting smaller.

I'm trying to be more patient with my loss.  Slow loss is most likely permanent loss.  It's been 4 months since I hit my 20 pounds lost mark and I know that these last 15 pounds are going to be tough.

All that to say, end of April goal is to be a solid 139.  I want out of the 140's!!

weighed in at 148 yesterday, which gets me back to my march 2007 start - not bad eh?!? goal for april is 146 something, which will involve me updating my weight loss ticker from my initial goal of 147. sweet also just starting q's lose the love handles challenge, which requires 3 lots of oblique type exercises twice daily for a minimum of 4 days a week. want my waist down to 30 inches and hips to 36 - i.e. both down 0.5 inches.

this challenge involves healthier food choices which after a caramel latte and apple muffin didn't work today but tbh i want to see how i get on staying eating healthily roughly 80-90% of the time as i do now. i just can't face going uber strict like he has done - all protein shakes and fat burning supplements. anybody else have this kind attitude? i am pleased i am losing weight and toning up but just can't imagine not being able to eat pretty much want i want when i want. make sense?
