Subject: A week break in a 17 week program I'm scheduled to start a 17 week HIM training program shortly. But, I will be out of town for all of week 4. I may be able to run some, but I will have no bike and probably no pool. Should I just start the program a week early and move weeks 1-4 up a week and then start with week 5 when I get back? Or maybe move weeks 1-3 up 2 weeks and do week 3 again when I return? Advice? |
