I'd be up for a swim, assuming I don't have to change my flight from DC from Thur eve to Fri morning due to work-related stuff

Um, I just figured out I'll be employed by that point. Which gives me license to jet over for the weekend to Jockstrap.

Dunno if I can make the swim on Friday AM, tho, I'll figure that out within the week. But I'm looking for a floor to crash on, if anyone's got one.

Oh, and I have 2 rooms reserved at a craptacular local hotel that I WILL NOT be using.  Mapquest says the hotel is 3 miles from transition...  PM me if you are interested.

We will be up there sometime on Friday. Early afternoonish, actually. So we will probably miss out on the swim. That's OK.

I need directions to our humble abode.

And can someone save us a room since we're coming in late-ish?

I have to device a plan to wake you up! anything before 9am for you is the crack of dawn and since you'll be driving I also have to consider all the time we'll spend lost on the road

at what time? well we need to swim, bike, register, check in bike, eat and REST! so the earlier the better but since we will be driving from ann arbor (I think it takes like 2:30 hrs and Robyn is driving! ) then like 9:30ish? will that work?

BTW, can we swim at the race site?

We've got about 8-10 people coming from GA, I think some or all of us will join in for the swim and ride!

9:30 would work for us...after 12 hours in the car on Thursday we might want a little sleep!

Does anyone have a couch for poor Jorge to sleep on?  He's gonna need someone to spoon with too.
