Nice job!!

i finished week 1 day 3 today. It turns out that if you first do bench presses and incline bench presses, push ups will be VERY VERY HARD. Who knew? Ha!

I'll play!  Just did my initial test.  I did a pathetic 7 real push ups.  I've got some work to do.  It'll take me longer than 6 weeks to finish this.

I will be starting in the low low numbers so will take a few 6 week cycles but I'm game for a challenge.

I made it to week 4 day 1 last time, but I'm starting it up again this week.  I was doing the push ups and sit ups, but I think I'll add the squats too

Did tests for press up, push up and sit up challenges on Sat am.

Pushups - 8 max - no surprised there!

Situps (crunches really) - 100! That is a surprise. So now i'm in for the 200 challenge.

Squats - 100! - Again a real surprise. Am I doing them right? So, again, now I'm in for the 200.

Note: I was out camping this weekend and by Sunday morning it was clear I had done the squats and the crunches correct! I was in a significant amount of discomfort! LOL. Good job I was in a hammock so I didn't need to get up and down into a tent and there was no uphill climbing.

First session this evening and I'll log in with it later hope you all are doing well in your challenge. I will look into to those who are current when I get a chance this week.

Sorry, I guess I shouldn't have directed that to the ladies Embarassed
I decided to bite the bullet and do regulation.  I did my test last night and completed 12 regulation.  I am pooped now after a bike,swim,run but will do my sets this evening.
