I think it's going to be 50 (yay!) here tomorrow, so my husband and I are planning on taking our two boys for a run in the double jogger! Probably a 3 or 4 mile run and then some play time with the boys at the park. Merry Christmas everyone!

Need to but don't think it will happen.  I worked all night and have to stay up to enjoy the Christmas breakfast and presents.  Dinner later.  Sleep in between!  Back to work tonight at midnight.

Merry Christmas to all of my fellow BTer's.  It's christmas morning and I am going for a run before the wife wakes up.  I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday whether you train or take the day off with the family.

I have an optional hour fifteen run on the sched...think I'll take the dogs out since the one has ripped apart 4/5 of her new toys and snagged 5 slices of bacon from the counter.  The husband was a little bummed....we haven't had bacon in probably a year, but he can't seem to get past the dog-licks-her-butt-then-puts-her-mouth-all-over-the-bacon phobia

It's HOT and HUMID today.  Perfect for a Christmas Day run!  Wishing you all a blessed Christmas!!

Cold but sunny in Harrisburg, PA. Try to get a bike ride in. The streets should be all mine.

It's gorgeous here today, so I'll head out for a long run after lunch.

Although there was a trainer left under my tree...so many choices...maybe I'll do both.

It is very warm here (40 degrees) so I just did a 5.3 mile run, and I am hoping to go for a bike in a little while

Just finished a 24-mile ride. It was great, weather was warm, hardly any cars on the road and no wind to speak of. May get in a run later.

Got a three mile run in around 8:30am.  26th straight run as part of a 100 runs in 100 days challenge.  In other words I knew I was running today whether I wanted to or not...

The weather has been crazy here, lots of snow and a big warmup yesterday with some rain.  That all froze solid as the temps fell so the run was delicate.  No slippage though, I wore my yak trax.  However because it was frozen solid I turned my ankles a few times and tons of near misses....

It's great to be alive!

Alas, Santa has come and gone.  The present opening melee is over.  My youngest is attached to his guitar hero game, and my older son is engrossed in his bigger and better electronics kit.

Now it's time for dad to hop on the treadmill and see if he can survive an hour.  After that, maybe dad will brave the rain and the 49 degree water for his first swim of the week.  Or maybe not.
