We've had a heat-wave here in Ohio. It's currently 50 and will be 60 by Saturday. It was 1 earlier this week. Though the warm weather is accompanied by rain, I'll be on the lookout before or after the Christmas lunch for a dry spell to run outside. |

I did get in a 45 minute trainer ride today, then it's off to my son's house for an evening of celebration. Tomorrow is pretty much a non-event, I'll be able to get in a good solid trainer ride, maybe two.

I make a habit to stick to my training schedule regardless of my own schedule. The only thing that stops me is sick... which I am. I don't like training when I am sick because I never have a good workout, and I think that time is better spent trying to feel better. |

I got about halfway down my street today and bagged it. Besides the slush, ice, and channels of water, I decided I had a better than average chance of being tagged by a car in the conditions. I'll run tomorrow in sun and 80 degree temps.
