I ran 6.3 miles in 10 degrees F, -2 with windchill, on icy roads.  Nose got a little nippy, but it felt good.  Going to attempt a trainer ride sometime after dinner later for hopefully an hour.

12 miles, 25 degrees outside.   Actually felt quite toasty as there was no wind.  Now I'm getting excited because Sat may be in the 50's and rainy, and may allow a narrow window of opportunity to get an outside ride in before the ice returns.  Such is life in Michigan.

I had planned on taking the day off but was able to find time to run 6 before we left for the inlaws. I have four kids and any training on XMAS is bonus time. By the time I cleaned up the xmas morning mess it was noon. I had from noon to 1:15 to run and shower.

I had the day to myself, as I'm picking up my daughter tomorrow. I spent the day with 1 1/2 hours of cross country skiing, then a 45 minute run. After that, I spent 1/2 hour on my bike playing with the new Power Tap from Christmas.

Very good day !

I did about 15km's with a 20 min. tempo in the middle. The sidewalks were icy, but since it was x-mas day the roads were pretty much deserted ( I went between 5&6pm while everyone was eating). So I was able to run on even the busy streets! I could get used to that!

I trained! I did a 30 min swim, 15 min on a wind trainer, and 30 min of strength work.

20 mile bike ride with a buddy. After a day of gluttony and too much 'nog I needed to clean out the system. Nothing exciting but nice gift from my wife (who watched our 2 y/o twins).
