could be the type of goggles, after years of trying everything under the sun i finally switched to the speedo vanquisher goggles, after 4 pairs of those i have NEVER fogged up in pools, outdoor swims, hot, cold, humid, dry weather.

Toothpaste, seriously!

Friends of mine that are divers turned me on to this, works for a couple of times them repeat.  Put a very small tab on your finger tip and smear on the lens, then rinse good.  I have a dentist sample in my goggle case.

I must say i tried this a couple weeks ago and i screwed my vanquishers for ever!! I will never EVER put toothpaste of my goggles again...

Back to the OP, Try putting your goggles on before getting in the pool, make sure they dont get wet or else you'll get fog no matter what. I train in the same pool with my university's swim team and they recommended it and it has worked out perfectly for me.

A quick spray of TYR anti-fog is just part of my pre-swim prep. Wipe excess carefully with soft cloth. Takes 5 seconds. Works great.

I've tried baby soap, toothpaste, cat crap anti fog......... I am just not having any luck.
SO I just figured my head needs to be in the water and if the goggles keep the water out then that's fine. guess I have no reason to really see ! lol

spit...end of story.  Cheap and works every time.  Been doing it for 30 years and it never let me down.

I use the Aquasphere Kaimens and haven't had a fogging problem yet. The worst they get is during warm up and they are barely fogged, then they clear up after a few minutes. The Speedos I had never cleared, they were fogged the entire time I swam. I have been using the Kaimens for about a year....

(as a scuba diver) fogging has nothing to do with the type or brand of goggles.  Usually it's just moistrue collecting on dirt or scratches on the inside.
