Place the goggles over the eyes. Make sure fit is tight.

I have been using hard lens for 30+ years and would not change. They work for me so why mess with it.

I use the AquaSeal mask which gives me great peripheral view in OWS.

I did lose a contact during a marathon once, it was raining and I wiped my face and just ended up touching my upper eyelid wrong and one of the lens fell out.

Ended up running a PR.
