I'm in for the multi. Does bumping uglies with wife count? (of course it'll be longer than 10 minutes)

Bumping uglies, someone's been reading the Hollows series. :D

Oh, and recovery time doesn't count.

Hmm, so hiking and yoga don't count?

yeah, i'm probably out on this one... I'd end up shortening single workouts in order to get 2 different ones in.

If this is going to be a multi-workout challenage then s/b/r/st/yoga and anythnig that keep your heart rate up should count.  Some of us like basketball, tennis and etc.. would consider as a good workout.  Lets play some racquetball baby...

oh and ten minutes with the wife.... yeah right foreplay and spooning doesnt count in the ten minutes....

Can we have other things count, please...anything that's an obvious workout - like although yardwork is taxing, none of us really do this as our workout.  I'm trying to do more ST and Yoga, so this challenge works for me if it's open beyond SBR.  Oh and there's lots of days I opt to do stairmill to work hill climbing muscles.  If it's not going to be that open, then I've got to bag out on this one....

Yea I forgot the other things don't add one of the blue things so yea yoga/stairmill/mountain biking/etc. would count.

So would the ten minute walk for my parking garage to my classes count as a workout?

If that counts as a workout for you then I am truly unimpressed with your level of fitness :p

Let's save the "road trip to Flag" idea for July when I'll be making fun of your temps for running outside.

Hrm. Mountain man is 7/17...

John

7/19

I may ask if I can start on 7/17 just to be sure to make the swim cutoff.

A bit late to the party and did not catch a start date for Challenge #2.  However, I believe I am in.  Please post the active dates and rules.

I'm in! I've been doing lots of bricks lately (well, before last week, anyway!) and will need to do two workouts a day just to get the volume in before Vineman!
