Post race
Warm down:

Hung with Team in Motion . Beer tasted good.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Got a little hot on last half of run due to full tri suit.

Event comments:

I wished their were more bike route volunteers by the time my wave came through. Some were not even paying attention to give directions. Not sure if I would do this one again execpt for the location and the beer at the end.

Way to persevere on bike and with the blister. I agree, volunteers really make or break an event. I look forward to the brew to ease the mind and body. Better than Tylenol ! I think you did great with all the traveling you've had in prior weeks.

Thanks for your encouragement Wayne.  Now I'm even more committed to train better for the next race.
