i think I can swim long but once i get my breathing under control it will be easier to go the distance.
havent had any more chance to view the DVD but looks like Thurs might have a chance to practie

Cool pic!  I had a hard time with B/L breathing too...  lemme know about thursday, i may tag along.  I can show you what worked for me.  Once i got use to B/L breathing, i was able to relax in the water.  Gordo helped me alot too.
