Not much. But this is the first full month I have been allowed to exercise since ACL reconstruction. It feels great to be able to do something again. I normally don't consider walking as "training", but I'm not allowed to run yet. Sure hoping I get cleared to run jog by the end of August. |

I know...chuckie v has a great post on this: http://chuckiev.blogspot.com/2009/01/add-it-up.html in the end, only one thing matters..... not to hijack my own thread, but his blog is great....its gives balance to my tendancy to over complicate everything.... A bit of a slacker month even for me, as I don't have any more races to do this year. |

Extreme Veteran 417 Buford GA | Subject: RE: July numbers This is my first month, I just started swimming and running again in June and riding again this month. So building up but then I Also had a business trip so I couldn't ride or swim and hurt my ankle first day there so haven't run in 2 weeks now (not happy). Also just on the trainer this week and don't have a rear wheel mounted computer so I only could put times down have to get a new one this weekend with cadence too. I'm posting my july and yearly total just so someone can maybe comment.. I only have data entered for July since I didn't join until July and i just filled in what I knew previously but my totals for july and for 09 don't match up on the distances for any of the 3. The times are right... seems odd.
Any ideas why it doesn't match up? |

Any ideas why it doesn't match up? Because you have a race scheduled on October 4th, and you have the distances for the race in your actual log for that day. |

Thanks that makes perfect sense, I didn't even think about it putting it in the log. I think I did see that when I entered it but didn't hit me since I just clicked the link in races to add it to my schedule. That has been confusing me for a week now since I added it haha.
