LOL! And how about we don't count massage and therapy as training?! Maybe I should start logging stretching and walking the dogs! Well, I'm done for today, so I can go ahead and post.
Light month for me with a race in the middle, a taper week, a recovery week, and an off season week. It's nice to take a break.

Bike: 20h 26m 50s - 435.85 Mi
Run: 11h 29m 03s - 92.12 Mi
Swim: 8h 40m 47s - 29900 Yd

Not much.  But this is the first full month I have been allowed to exercise since ACL reconstruction.  It feels great to be able to do something again.  I normally don't consider walking as "training", but I'm not allowed to run yet.  Sure hoping I get cleared to run jog by the end of August.

What always gives me a good giggle is when I see someone's logs and their pretty bar graph shows like 20+ hours of "training". I think, man, are they hitting it! Then I dig deeper and realize they logged 5 hours of playing kickball.....

This is my first month, I just started swimming and running again in June and riding again this month. So building up but then I Also had a business trip so I couldn't ride or swim and hurt my ankle first day there so haven't run in 2 weeks now (not happy). Also just on the trainer this week and don't have a rear wheel mounted computer so I only could put times down have to get a new one this weekend with cadence too.

I'm posting my july and yearly total just so someone can maybe comment.. I only have data entered for July since I didn't join until July and i just filled in what I knew previously but my totals for july and for 09 don't match up on the distances for any of the 3. The times are right... seems odd.

July's totals:
Bike:4h 49m 20s  - 66.76 Mi
Run:2h 30m 24s  - 14.8 Mi
Swim:9h 50m  - 30756 Yd

June's totals:

2009 totals
Bike:4h 49m 20s  - 79.76 Mi
Run:2h 30m 24s  - 17.91 Mi
Swim:9h 50m  - 31156 Yd

Any ideas why it doesn't match up?

Because you have a race scheduled on October 4th, and you have the distances for the race in your actual log for that day.

Thanks that makes perfect sense, I didn't even think about it putting it in the log. I think I did see that when I entered it but didn't hit me since I just clicked the link in races to add it to my schedule.

That has been confusing me for a week now since I added it haha. Thanks again

My off season started in July (too hot to train!), coming off 6 months of good tri training and finishing with a late June 70.3.  I started the month with a week of almost complete rest.

Now I'm swimming a bit more than normal, and started running easy starting with low miles per week and building again.  No races planned until a November half marathon, though I might do another sprint or Oly in the meanwhile, probably undertrained on the bike.

My life seems pleasantly in balance now, and my body oddly energetic.   I'm liking this 7 hours per week routine!

July's totals:

Bike:1h 18m  - 19.7 Mi
Run:10h 51m 28s  - 71.52 Mi
Swim:15h 46m  - 39150 M

May swim today, may not.. So may be 2000 more yards by the end of the day. Solid month of training for me, expected more running miles, but the quality was good. So no complaints, I was hitting pretty much all of my workouts.

Bike: 30h 43m 53s - 638.5 Mi
Run: 15h 50m 15s - 127.45 Mi
Swim: 13h 07m - 44700 Yd
