Hi! I did make it yesterday without a trip to the vending machine! Thank you for sending the good vibes my way.Somehow, Excel export from the Daily Plate is not working for me this morning. Maybe the IE settings on this laptop are messing me up. I'll try from another one later.
My total calories yesterday were 1262. I did overdo on carbs and fat yesterday. I'll try to balance it out today

Less than stellar day nutrition-wise yesterday.... I was feeling a little fatigued, and like I needed to up my calorie intake for the day, but went a little too far (and included some not so great food choices, like an Italian Ice, potato chips, and popcorn!) Oh well, I should be all fueled up for a long run today! Today's another day - I'll try to better on my food choices today!!!!

Pretty happy with yesterday's macro-nutrient break-down.

Yesterday was not so hot for me... was feeling pretty crappy in the afternoon so I changed up my plan.  Didn't end up logging, but I'm going to guess it's around 1600 calories in total (about 150 over my goal).  I ended up eating some sugar (that was the 150 extra calories) and I'm gonna chalk it up to hormonal difficulties.   No worries.

Well so far, so good.
I've managed to hang around 1850 calories per day, pretty much the whole week which for me is great considering I'm usually falling off the wagon somewhere in the middle of the week. All and all, I feel great about how did and am looking forward to an even better next week!Laughing
