I hope the weather turns out good and that the current in the river is favorable. I know you guys have been training hard. So go out there and race your race and I hope you get some fanastic times for your effort! I wish I could go. Cheer everyone on but it would make for a long day trip away from my family. Good luck!

Thanks guys!! were here at the in-law in Aiken, all checked in and spent my limit at the expo (ver cool Ironman backpack)
Weather was HOT HOT HOT today, maybe 90?
Would not mind a cool down for sunday. Posted some pics on my facebook.
