Looks like he's been having some extra-curricular fun with a waitress. Dude. Seriously?

Wonder if this'll affect his game.

Yeah, that worked out so well for Steve McNair, too.

He is a fool to do it but I can see why....fame, fortune, ego meets opportunity....plus I am sure the women were more than happy to partake....alot of married superstars have transgressed...- jordan, kobe, Clemmons etc...to name a few - rare you see one that hasn't. Life in the fast lane is just that....we only hear about the ones who get caught!

Going to cost him though!...at least a "Kobe" special.

Whats the difference between an SUV and a golf ball?

Tiger can drive a golf ball over 300 yards, but an SUV only over one...Tongue out

I'm not a fan of Tiger...never have been.  But really, what about this woman, or women he's been fooling with.  What are they thinking?  And then they admit to the national media that they are stoinking a married dude.  How low can their self esteam go?

He'll repent and everyone will love him again by this spring!

Apparently, this wasn't good enough for Tiger, poor guy...

The alleged mistress is a waitress named Jaimee Grubbs:

Meh.

By today's standards of superstar athletes, this is pretty tame. No out of wedlock children. All consensual. The other women aren't married. No drugs. No arrests. No spousal abuse (physical at least).

I respect Tiger for his game, his charity work and his class. Vijay Singh said some stupid stuff when he was #1 for a brief time and made me appreciate Wood's approach.

Obviously, he and his wife have some things to work out, but that is their issue, not mine.

I agree.  The wife and I had a long discussion about this.

It doesn't matter who you are with or how beautiful they are, if you are THAT famous and rich, women will throw themselves at you.

It is easy to say you wouldn't stray because 99.9% of us don't have amazing looking people thowing themselves at us willing to do anything AND keep it a secret (tough to do in this era of cell phones and digital cameras)...  Sure I will be generous and say most people WON'T cheat (cough cough), but I would be hard pressed to believe that it wouldn't at least be considered or tempting by most.

I would bet that the number of transgressions would drimatically go up if the opportunity was that abundant for everyone.

I see it ALL THE TIME in vegas.  A celebrity comes in, and the club will ask pretty girls (mosty staff) to join them in the VIP table just to be part of the group.

Since this whole thing has come out has anyone seen a Tiger ad on TV? It used to be about every 7 commercials had him in it.......but the wifey and I were commenting on not seeing them in the past 3 to 4 days.

Anyone know if the sponsors pulled them until this blows over?

what tiger did is a perfect example of human male nature at its best.
it makes me laugh how naive people are thinking that a male can go on with his life with one partner. man's brain isn't wired for a monogamous relationship.
it's not because he's famous or rich it is because the novelty wore off long time ago and he did what nature designed him to do....
cheers

I know the theory behind this but the flaw is that men also have a brain.  Although physically everything tells them to spread their seed mentally they should realize they have a wife and two children at home.  This will affect his children and his relationship with them forever.  I am not surprised but disappointed and sad for his wife and kids.

If he wanted to partake in all his celebrity had to offer he shouldn't have gotten married.

A buddy of mine that was very consistent at tappin' A that looked much like that... once told me "No matter how HOT she is, someone out there is tired of her shee-oot!"
Nice to look at, but maybe she was a huge B or never gave ol' Tiger any Mc-lovin'... of course he could have simply been a doooood and took what was thrown his way, without considering the consequences...  either way he'll pay a price!  A 7 figure price....

the flaw behind your statement is that nobody knows how it will affect his children and his relationship...all im saying is nature is nature and what the society tries to impose on people is a different story.

But he imposed it on himself when he got married.
Look at George Clooney - nobody gives him grief when he has a new girlfriend every other Saturday because he's NOT married.  If you want to screw around that's great - more power to you but don't get married and PLEASE don't have kids!
And yes, anybody who has been a child of a parent who cheated on his family or any therapist can tell you how this will affect his children.  His even more than your average joe since his kids will get to read about this for years in the news.  Everybody in the world will know their Father is a cheating and they will grow up knowing that.  Of course it will affect his children and his relationship with them.

perhaps his definition of marrige differs from yours?

again, no offense but you are making very general statements here based perhaps on your own experience or few people you might know. it works very well and most people will fall for this, thats how the media operates, but in reality it is a more complex issue that is not very often openly discussed because again it is against what society labels are normal behaviour.

i am neither agreeing or disagreeing with you. to be honest, no cares for woods or anybody. im just pointing out what many people close eyes to because it is a bit harsh to swollow.
