The 'core #2'...that strength workout can be seen in the blog-veiw...(go to 'blog' and the 'planned' option) best to veiw in ascending....that core workout is the listed exercise/reps/sets just like below. for this program its mainly core#2 when doing the strength...he throws in a few #1's and 3's... feel free to ask him anything regarding the plan in the 'training plan support' forum...you should have that link in you blog for direct access...free unlimited questions for the plan for the membership duration....plus that will help us tweak things to make things better/easier.
