Okay, maybe a little sunblock would have been a good idea

Sunday is long ride day.  I started with a cycling shirt on but it was so damn hot today I had to strip it about 25 miles in.  Didn't think much about riding bareback for a couple hours.  Guess I'll be sleeping on my stomach for a couple days

Ouch! The fun part will be when it starts to peel. Then you'll have dead skin everywhere.

You should make a trip down to your local mall and make a beeline to the cosmetics counter.  They carry a variety of self tanning products that will even you out in a jiffy.   The cosmetics counter should be easy for you to find.  It is usually located right next to the section where they sell the manzieres.

It's the girls' guitar...it says Olympia Tacoma.

And the back is starting to get a little tender...not to mention the flames coming off it.

You have my compassion brother! 4 hours out in the sun for me today and I can't wait for my "tan" to peel off later this week...

It's amazing how those bike shorts make such a clean tan line, huh?

Gold Bond in the green bottle worked wonders for me last year when I had a nasty burn.

So what was your heart rate after that burn?  Drink lots of water, take ibuprofin, and and use aloe.

We've got this good banana Boat aloe/vit E after sun cream that works pretty well but it's bound to be a little sore for a couple days.
