That is an excellent price for an excellent bike.  It is well spec'd and will afford you many years of problem free cycling.  Best of all, the Cannondale CAAD5 frame is excellent and has one of the stiffest bottom brackets on the market.  If you need a bike, you could hardly get anything better at this price.  I would say that 60 to 70% of the bikes at the tri's I have been to do not come close to this one. 

Nice bike though this may be, make sure that it FITS; that is more important than frame materiel or components.

Ouch, no kidding. Well I've only done two tris and both were on a non-black bike. Tomorrow will be my first tri on the black bike. We'll see if I do better and if I do I'm sure it will be due to the color of the bike.

Got the bike today. Took it for a spin as soon as I got home and it felt great!

Thanks to everyone that offered words of wisdom. Hopefully I'll see some of you in some tris next spring.
