06/30 - 206

07/07 - 205

07/14 - 202

07/21 - 201 - did not weight at normal time and think it is inflated about 1lb.

Goal - 199

I weighed in this morning at my normal time and got to a even 200lbs.  I feel better now.

Shermbelle - 2010-07-14 6:37 AM Early bird, first worm right?

219.8

broke through the 220 barrier and on my way to that 218 goal for this month!

7-21= 215.8!!!!

I know some of that is from doing a long run late last night but still it was one of my better eating weeks in forever.

Looks like you had a good week and you beat your goal for the month. Congrats!

July 5th:   145.6
July 12th: 143.8
July 19th: 142.2

Aug 1st goal: 141.6

Finally!  It's like something just clicked and now the weight seems to be coming off faster.  I wouldn't be surprised if I stall again for a while, though.

Great job everyone!!!

LeahDD - 2010-07-21 9:36 PM 136.6.  Up and down.  Up and down.  Meaningless.  I wish I knew what I really weighed.

That's so frustrating.  I'm sorry - I'm often in that same boat.

I think you all are doing great (well maybe not LeahDD). Slow and steady is the way to keep it off. Off the wagon once in a while isn't bad as long as you know it and get back on the wagon.

Starting weight: 169.5
July 7: 169.5
July 14: 170
July 21: 167.5
Today: ??????

Ok, the scale at my parents' house doesn't seem so accurate anymore. On Sat it said my weight was 166.5 and today it says I weight 169 Seems like a lot to gain in that short time when I've been dieting & running.

Had another family member (whose weight is pretty consistent) jump on the scale and he was also 4lbs heavier than what he had thought he was. So, I guess I'm just gonna have to wait till I'm back home to see what really happened this week.

Good news: Skinny jeans officially fit. And not like 'oh I can button them, but I can't breathe'. They actually fit comfortably. I went shopping with my mom yesterday and was able to buy a smaller size in clothes. So hopefully when I get home the scale will play along. One day maybe these jeans will be my "fat jeans". To dream...

Changing size in clothes is AWESOME even IF the scale doesn't play along. Great job!!!

haven't quite hit my goal, but i am much closer! i bet next month i'll cross the fabled 150- barrier

Ugh!!! I can't seem to break through this freakin' plateau. 200.2 this morning. VERY frustrating. Is it a bad idea to create a bigger calorie deficient than normal to help kick it into gear?
