July 07 - Who knows I was on vacation and eating like crap..lol lots of sugar.
July 14 - 237.5 Not too bad for 2 days back from vacation

I stayed  very active on vacation, Hiking, Biking, Scuba diving and not sitting still but Ate bigger meals, skipped snacks and even had Ice Cream for dinner twice...

As in skipped a real meal and had Ice Cream itself for dinner...hahah..

But still managed to come in at 237.5 lbs... I can feel I am soo close to being in the 220s don't think it will happen this month but very soon.

Good to see so many new comers and re-joiners and everyone doing well...

I am back on track and ready to rip it up.

Thanks Pdbman.  Will be interesting to see what Friday is.  Sometimes seem to drop low and then come back up a little.  Either way, I am definitely on track for 1.5lbs to 2lbs per week. 

I am wearing some old comfy jean shorts right now with holes in them that I have not been able to get into for a while.  Always feels good when you pull out the clothes that used to be your favorites until you grew out of them.

208.3 after a training session this lunchtime. Main thing changes is not having any drinks in the week. And also noticed my high is lower at 95kg about 210lbs!

Congrats on fitting into the old jeans. I haven't quite got into the old jeans, but the current jeans are starting to look a little baggy.

Great job! Looks like you're doing the right things. How is your walking progressing?


The walking is going slightly better.  According to the doc, I still can only walk at a "slow" pace.  I'm still only going about a mile in 30 minutes.  Mostly I've been playing in the pool with my boys which turns out to be one heck of a cardio workout.  I've got an appt. later this month, so I may get the go ahead to pick up the walking pace.

I forgot to check in with my weight yesterday...it was 169.5. 
Checked it again this morning and down to 169.
YaY!

Riding this evening and the heat index is 108...may lose a little water weight
