8 weeks into the 12 week couch to Sprint and I bricked the bike and run distance this morning for the first time. Here are the stats.
I did this at what I would consider my race pace and when I finished I would say that I could not of gone any faster (without passing out)
FYI On the HR. when I just run a easy 5-6 effort run which is around 9:45 my HR AVG 145-150 at this rate I can close my mouth and breath in and out through my nose only.
44m22s 12.25 mile bike avg mph 16.9 avg HR 169 MAX HR 189 elevation gain 218 feet
28.31 3.00 mile run 9.29 pace AVG HR 174 MAX HR 186 elevation gain 50 feet
The only other observation is that I am at the peak of effort and distances in the 12 week plan so I would be more rested on race day.

Sounds like a very solid effort - excellent from couch to sprint. Keep up the training and stay within your plan and you should have a good race, although it might be hard to hit your goals (especially taking off another 30 seconds per mile on the run).
