What tri season are you in this year? (Page 3)

1st year but can't wait to do more next year!! This winter I plan on getting more swim lessons & improving in that area!! But for the fall....running, running & more running!! doing 2 1/2 mary's with the last one being in Vegas!! 

Preparing for only my second tri.

started in 2006, so 5th season for me.  23 tris completed - 4 sprints, 6 olys, 8 halfs, 5 IMs.  not included are a DNF and a DNS last year.  I don't think I can exactly call myself a beginner any more, but I'm still always trying to keep it fresh by trying different races every year and finding new challenges for myself.

Since I haven't actually done one yet (first one is Sept 19th)  I'm defintely a beginner.  and I would like I would still be a begginner even afterr doing one in the first year.  I think I would say after I did more then 5 of them that I would be able to move up to rookie class.  I'm hooked already though and have been thinking why haven't I done this sooner. 

I'm a newb to triathlons. Heck i will have been running for 5 years next month and i still consider myself a newbie at that even. I have much to learn.

I guess I'm going into my second but really with all the injuries and mistakes I don't count it.  Hopefully next year will be my first solid triathlon year!

I've been cycling and running for a few years now, but its my first year of swimming.
