Subject: OCTOBER Peach Challenge

For the month of OCTOBER, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach.

The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days.  Below is a peachy month (green is a racing stem)...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rule, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

In again, need to get off to a roaring start this month. I have stumbled the past couple of months right out of the blocks.

Same here. Ive been lazy for the last month, and need to get to work for winter training. Ive been close before (missed 1 or 2 days), so lets try for all 31!

Looks like we've got a run of awesome weather coming up, so I'm hoping to start dragging my butt outside regularly for some nice morning runs.  I've just been all over the place and inconsistent.  On off days I figure I'll find a way to get to the pool, and it's 50 push ups per day until the end of year.

It's nice to be running in weather that doesn't feel like it's suffocating me.  One down, thirty to go.

Why not? I'm in. Have a bunch of travel this month but I can't let that stop me or other things like cold and rainy will...

Had to work late, so I was about to blow off the workout for today, until I saw this challenge. Managed to get off my butt and get some strength work in. Count me in, I need the motivation.

No motivation today, but didn't want to fail the challenge on day 2 so I drug myself out for a run.  After I got going I felt great.  Gotta respect the power of the peach!
