Easy peach weekend with only some push ups (and a lot of tailgating) on Saturday.  Long walk with the wife yesterday afternoon to enjoy the awesome weather we are having now.  Managed to get my butt in gear for a short run and some swim drilling this morning.

It's not easy being peachy.

Got peachy in running tights and long sleeves this morning.  Temps were actually below 40... and by mid afternoon it'll be comfortable in shorts and t-shirts.  Odd, but awesome weather.

Peach disaster.

Tore a trapezius yesterday morning.  I suppose I should feel lucky since the x-rays didn't show a hole in my lung.  Yep... they were looking for a hole in my lung that might be leaking air into the muscles around the rib cage wall and causing spasms.  That was a freaky two hours waiting for the call.

Anyway, have doctors orders to not elevate my breathing until 5 days after full recovery, so I'm down for the count for 2 weeks minimum.

Eh... stuff happens ya know.  I should look on the bright side that I got to ten mile long runs in September in training for a January half mary.  I'll get there, just going to have to change the plan a bit.  Good peachy luck and vibes to the rest of you!
