What is this on the rider's bike? (Page 2)

Same thing as what's on my ankle in this picture.  Biggest dang timing chip I've ever seen.  It was major pain in the butt to get the wetsuit over that ankle.  With that transponder on my ankle people could track me during the race.  I'm glad no one was, otherwise they'd know how gawd aweful slow I was on the bike.  :-)
