Comments: This was an amazing run for me. I am still shocked at how fast I ran it and how well I placed. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Well, actually this run came at the end of a heavy training week and the day before I ran 20 miles so I suppose if I was specifically trying to produce my very best result I would have tapered for the race but I have bigger fish to fry in the near future. Ate about a 1000 calorie breakfast about 3 hours before race start and drove to the venue.
Just did a little stretching.
