Subject: RE: QUESTIONS/PROBLEMS ABOUT USING

Hi Ron, I just entered my Mock Tri #2. When it comes up on site, there are no stats attachted to it (time, HR) All I see are the comments section. Should I have done something else?

Thanks

Hi Ron,

I am still unable to enter the distance for my log. What am I doing wrong. I enter the time and then the distance then choose the m/min etc and then press calculate but nothing happens and when I save it the distance doesn't post.

Thanks,
Stacey

i fixed it for u...it was disabled (show post count? = no) in your 'control panel'..for some reason it may have defaulted to that when u signed up.

what works is to delete the old one....wait maybe 10minutes THEN upload the new one.  (to clear the cache) if no go, delete the old one then wait the next day to upload the new one.

yeah, I've been doing that for a week now. I even removed the old jpeg from my computer and it still shows up when I select a new one. Oh well.

never mind    I guess it needed a day or two.

In the weight training drop downs and information (reps, etc...)is there away to roll this information forward daily...I wanted to track but hate to keep entering the same infomation day after day (I do two alternating lower/upper body routines with about 8 machines in each). I looked at the threads but did not see anything. Thanks.

a couple of days and you will have the option to copy/move/delete all or just particular disciplines (swim, bike, run, health, strength and sports)..your sets and rep #'s will be moved too...(so u dont have to re-enter these too) .hang tight...we have been building the new updates last 1.5 months and have just finished testing.

Subject: Yellow/dark pink boxes on calendar
Hi there. I must be some kind of idiot, but I can't figure this out. Starting with this weeks new (and great) features, I now see a few days in my training calendar highlighted in yellow, and a couple in a darker pink. I cannot figure out why this is, as much as I've gone back and forth trying find the pattern. It's not a big deal anyway; I'm just confused. I've searched the forums for info, but didn't find any. Did I miss something? Thanks.

I don't have the answer key or anything but the one difference I notice on your blog is that the two days in the 'pinkish' color have "Sports Comments" where you talked about your walking.  If there is no workout but comments in the general comments field then it is bright yellow and a darker yellow with workout notes.

To save on bandwidth and increase page loading speeds, the images stored on the server tell your browser to cache the image. That way you don't have to download the avatars everytime you load a thread.

If you've uploaded a new avatar, and your old one seems to be "stuck", try holding down shift+reload. That will force your browser to flush it's cache. Other people are already seeing your new avatar (Or will be shortly)

Ron,

One bug that I have found is that it doesn't seem to accept my Max HR for a run workout (worked fine on the bike).

Also, I do like the inclusion of the MAXHR, but the MinHR is relatively worthless as it will almost always be at the beginning of a workout and it seems to clutter up the input screen. Obviously min HR for a particular interval is important infomation, but for the overall workout, I would arge it is not.

Great update!!

Hi Ron,

I have been using my training log for a while using the blog as primary viewing. When I tried entering my logs today, the blog keeps jumping back to April 1. Is it because it is a new month? This didn't happen before....what might be going on??
Thanks,
Jen
