I realized two things while running on the treadmill this evening. First, I am really out of running shape after taking 10 weeks off to recover from IT issues. Second, I can't go as hard as I used to while I am still recovering. Oh well, maybe this challenge will keep me honest and help me not push to hard that I set myself back again. As for a race this month, I will be completing a 5K on Aug 13th, though this will likely be more walking than running. |

But there are a lot fewer people in this challenge, so I think we're good with just one thread. Besides, it makes it easier to smack talk one another. |
