Ok, so there were some inquiries such as “what’s going on with you two?” referring to myself and Thomas (aka: Welshy). There have been some major developments on the island of tri/BT love. Is it really a surprise that the only two attention hounds on the site who could tolerate each others company have joined forces to fight evil So let’s analyze how this happened. There are two very different scripts for this Island Saga. Comet Version: Welshy was enamored with me from the moment I joined the BT family. He loved that I was so outspoken and witty and could obviously have a good time. He didn’t think much of this other than I was just another cook chick to banter on the forums with. He tried to lure me in with posts about fictional acts such as the “Portuguese kiss” and “wrecker” (see Toilet Humor thread). Several PM’s, 2am Thirsty Thursday drunk PM and posting later...things are coming to light. Could he have been my mystery man who sent me flowers on my birthday?!? I think so. I was finally won over by his persistent phone calls (could this explain my outrageous cell bill?) and the artistry of his words that make me swoon… Welshy Version (as told by me): I tried to win Comet over by posting dirty little phrases I knew would get her attention like “Portuguese kiss.” I had a feeling she was interested and was my type of girl from our banter on threads. I started a thread asking for Girl Advice about a “smokin’ hot” girl (ugh!) in my office that I flirted with at the ice machine. Something about cherries, 7Up & Dr. Pepper, and not being up with the latest trends (or some crap like that…barf) Haley renamed her “ice slut” (she obviously was) because she was insanely jealous (was not! Ok…just a little). She then proceeded to “hunt me down like a wounded animal” and not leave me alone. (I did not and will deny it until the day I die) So that is that. Trips and hundreds of hours on the phone and wahoo posts later…. Where will the story take us??? I’m sure Welshy won’t be able to stand not responding to this. I will earn a place on the SCOTUS, and personally become the swing vote in the landmark Roe v. I'm still not entirely sure what happened, I may have been drugged - I don't remeber much...
