Subject: been sick, not able to train I'm a few weeks into the 16 week olympic plan. But I've been sick and missed my training for the past week. I don't know what to do, should I just start up where I should be and miss the training days. Or should I start up where I left off, adding a week to the plan. If I were to do the second way, is there a way to easily shift the entire plan over a week in my logs? |
