How be your Sunday sweat (or not)?

2-hour run for me. (Run:walk) It went shockingly well. I'm still waiting to collapse or for my legs to stop working. I seem to be okay, though!

Two hour spin in a bit.     I used to not like early morning workouts.   It showed when it came time to compete.  Now that finally become used to working out in the morning it is my preferred time to train.

Yanti, dear, it's good to see you back on your feet.    Smile

I just got back from a 40 min run which is my longest run in at least a month, I think I can finally declare my knee troubles over (for now).

Was going to go for a 90 min swim this morning but when I got to the pool, there was a swim meet going on.  That'll teach me for not checking the schedule online.

10 mile run in 14 degree temps. Went well, was fun running on the snow. Kind of like running on sand.

Rest day for me.  Ran a HM yesterda at 11:00 AM, then went to a swim meet at 3:00, swam 5 events plus a relay.

Yanti, you would have like the scenery, lots of young XC piglets at the half mary, then lots of talented young piglet swimmers at the meet Smile

17 mile run

ON THE TREADMILL.

I didn't want to dodge ice for 17 miles, so I opted to run and watch movies/ football.

that may have been a bad decision. It was the longest 2h 55m of my life.

5.1 mile run this AM with the kids in the stroller.

Waited and waited and waited for it to thaw out, then 34 miles outdoorsCool on the bike.

Capped it off with 2000 yards in the pool.  I was late for masters due to the bike ride (oh so worth it) so i couldn't get in a long swim.
