Hammered out 50 miles on the bike, fighting 20 mph winds.  Good workout though.  Then took the little squirt to the doggy park.  Watching March madness now.  Should have let the dog fill out my bracket Tongue out

JKLipsky - 2012-03-17 4:15 PM At 4:45am I swam 2000 meters and ran 4 miles.  Afterwards I met my brother and friends to play a quick round of golf and on hols 7 GOT A HOLE IN ONE!

Dude that's awesome!  Course, distance, club selection?

Family day today.

I ran a 5k Shamrock Shuffle with my 7 y/o son.  It was great.  It was really neat to see him trying so hard.  I turned down an informal tri clinic for my first sprint next week, but I'm ok with that.  Part of why I'm getting into the Tri is to be a good example to my kids.  My oldest told me a couple weeks ago he wanted to run in a 5k with me and wants to join a swim team this summer.  You just can't say no to that.  We ran together and had a blast, not to mention great Dad/Son time.  He placed 3rd in his AG (0-9).  The kilts were our running group's idea.  The girls wore bright green tu-tus, the guys wore kilts and they made one for the little man.  From there we hit a pool party and a St. Pats Festival.

100 miles on the trainer?  I think I'd kill myself...

44 mile bike and a 42 min run. Not a brick. Did the ride early this am and did the run this evening just to shake out the legs!

80 miles on the bike. 10-15mph head wind on the way out, but man we were flying on the way back. Longest I've ever done on one ride.
