Had a really great run, much better than expected.
What would you do differently?:

Eat more. I was hungry throughout most of the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around a while, enjoyed the post race party, watching the 50 milers and relayers come in. Walked around Nashville in the evening.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need more hill training. Running with a group who spent too much time in aid stations midrace.
