Sure is quiet around here.

Maybe we're all busy running, biking and/or swimming?

Well, OK. I'm not. But maybe everyone else is. LOL

Planning on getting a little swimmy done later today though.

I am logging on the spreadsheet.....but not very chattery for some reason.....anyway, I'm up to date with all my goals for the month.

Jen, we are going to be a MESS after that race next weekend!

For those who don't know, Hen and I live in the same area and we're doing a mud/ obstacle course race next weekend.

Yes, it's a 5 mile mud and obstacle course that we are supposed to get photographic evidence from our husbands race day.

I'm back and updated the spread sheet. The campground had a salt water pool. Ahhh. It was amazing. So I got some good swimming in (along with some "fishy, fishy cross my ocean" and "Marco Polo"), but I haven't ridden my bike now in almost a week. I will fix that tomorrow.

Did my bike ride on fathers day with a couple of good harder efforts and came home to freshly baked chocolate crossaints .mmmm P
I ran this morning to count towards the monthly goals followed by some loithering around the gym equipement in an inept attempt to get in shape.

I'm a little behind on my goals for the month, but I feel comfortable that I will be able to catch up.  I had a bit of a swim breakthrough tonight (and one of the major reasons for actually getting into the pool tonight was this challenge).  I was having a struggle with my breathing during rests tonight, felt like my chest wouldn't expand.  Was going to wait it out, but decided to just go for it on the :20.  Never going to get better without pushing the envelope, right?  I was fine.  Interesting that I had the tight chested feeling during most of the rests, but was fine during the swim.

On another note, the spreadsheet was acting a bit funny tonight and I may have mistakenly changed Suefesta's swim miles--sorry if I did!

owl_girl - 2012-06-04 12:16 PM I'm in again this month!  Thanks for putting it together.  I wasn't very talkative last month.  I'll try to be better this month.  (That's not one of my goals, though.)  I will run 80 miles, bike 230 miles and swim 13000 yards.  OK....heading to the spreadsheet.  Cheers!

Alright you are going on 6 years on BT and have 3200 posts!!!

I challenge you this month to hit 3250.  That would be a record month for you

Come on I know you have it in you

Hahahaha!!!!  You're ON!!!! Kiss

Hey Bill!!!  Lookie!!!!  I made it to (and past) my unofficial goal!!! Laughing

I managed a bike and a run in the last few days!  I feel like Yurtle the Turtle, but at least it is taper week for my race Saturday.

Nice work.

I'm not quite at 50% of either my swim or bike minutes yet, but got 3 hours on the bike planned tomorrow, so that will take me up to almost 70%!

Weather is beautiful here in Brisbane, Australia. It's winter so where I live the temps are around a top of 20-23C (around 70F). It has been generally fine so getting outside for training has been nice.

Keep up the hard work everyone!
