OK, I had a GREAT time in last months challenge, so I am in!  

For the first one I would like to get in 16 swim sessions this month. 

For my second one, I would like to get in 26 running sessions this month.  

OMG that is ambitious for me!

Didn't find one and I have some experience running a challenge so let's go!

This will be up to 3 disciplines of triathlon training - Running (how ever YOU define it), Cycling, and/or Swimming

Depending on how many people sign up we will put teams together.  

If there is not enough interest then we will just go solo competition.

Post here and I will get the spreadsheet set up over the weekend or Monday at the latest.  I am traveling today and that is my excuse.

Did a 10k race with my dog today , i did not run very fast time but we were champs in the distance . Yes ... They have a k9 division
Every one else ran their dogs for the 5k. So we just had to finish to podium .. Perfect Day ..
22 sessions to go
Should get my first OWS tomorrow as we are headed to the beach.

Well, it's sort of alive. Beaten up and smooshed a bit, but present again.

Of course the taser shall be making an appearance. The way things are at werk though, I'm going to need to turn it on myself. I expect that I'll have to taser myself repeatedly. I've been spending WAY too much time at werk for WAY too long. It's time to stop the insanity.

Ha! How long has it been since I've participated in a challenge? Wayyyyy too long.

I feel the same way when I wear my Trances instead of the Pure Cadence.  Very different feeling!  It's a little easier to wear the Trance when I do a long run with the stroller, though.  Plus, that's what I'm wearing for the 5 miler at the end of the month, so I figure I should get used to them again.

Well, it *looks* like I'm ahead with my 25% on the spreadsheet, but I know the end of June is going to be busy so most of my workouts are planned for early in the month. If I hit my goal, I'll just raise it.
